The supporters of former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, have defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) - The supporters explained that APC has failed to fulfill its promised change - They, however, said 2019 is going to be a very wonderful year politically because Atiku will contest in the general elections Atiku Support Group nationwide (ASG) has decamped from the ruling APC, to the PDP, months ahead of 2019 general elections. New Telegraph reports that Mark Wosi, the director-general ASG, disclosed that APC does not focus. According to him, "APC is not focused; they promised change and an all-inclusive government but what is being obtainable is different; as a group, we felt we are not being carried along

Couple arrested for assaulting each other with pizza rolls

A couple from North Carolina was arrested and taken into custody on July 4, after assaulting each other with pizza rolls.
According to Fox 59, Gastonia Police were called to the home of Brad Beard and  Samantha Canipe around 1:30 a.m. where they discovered the couple “assaulted each other by throwing pizza roles [sic] at each other.”
